1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to MindFlow Meditation (hereinafter referred to as "MindFlow"). By downloading, installing, or using the MindFlow app, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of this app.
This service is operated and maintained by the MindFlow team. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will be published within the app. Continued use of MindFlow constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Description of Service
MindFlow is an AI-driven meditation and health management app that primarily provides the following services:
- Mindfulness Meditation Guidance: Audio meditation courses, breathing exercises, sleep stories
- Habit Tracking: Custom habit setup, daily check-ins, streak counting
- Health Data Management: Sleep analysis, heart rate monitoring, exercise data sync
- AI Health Insights: Personalized analysis reports and recommendations based on your health data
- Mood Tracking: Daily emotion logging, mood trend analysis
Certain features (such as AI deep analysis, advanced meditation courses, and sleep stories) require a Premium subscription.
3. Account Registration
Using MindFlow requires creating an account. You can register with an email address or use Apple Sign In / Google Sign In for quick login. You are responsible for:
- Providing truthful, accurate, and complete registration information
- Safeguarding your account and password, and taking responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notifying us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account
Each user may register only one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Premium Subscription
MindFlow offers a Premium subscription service, with pricing as displayed in the app and on this website. Subscription rules are as follows:
- Subscription fees are charged through the App Store or Google Play payment system
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- After cancellation, you may continue to enjoy Premium benefits until the end of the current paid period
- Upon subscription expiration, your account will automatically revert to the free plan
- Subscription pricing may vary by region and promotional offers; price changes will be communicated in advance
For refunds and subscription management, please use the subscription management features in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
5. User Conduct
When using MindFlow, you agree not to:
- Use MindFlow for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to crack, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise obtain MindFlow's source code
- Interfere with or disrupt MindFlow's servers or network infrastructure
- Use any MindFlow feature to collect or steal other users' information
- Use MindFlow's content (including but not limited to meditation audio and AI analysis results) for commercial purposes
- Publish false, misleading, or harmful health information
6. Health Data Disclaimer
Important Notice: The health data analysis, AI insights, and recommendations provided by MindFlow are for reference only and do not constitute any medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Please note:
- MindFlow is not a medical device and cannot replace the diagnosis and advice of professional healthcare providers
- AI analysis results are generated based on data you enter or sync and may contain inaccuracies
- If you have any health concerns or questions, please consult a qualified healthcare professional promptly
- We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on information provided by MindFlow
7. Intellectual Property
MindFlow and all its content (including but not limited to software code, UI design, meditation audio, text content, images, icons, and AI models) are protected by intellectual property laws. Without our written permission, you may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any content of MindFlow
- Use MindFlow's trademarks, logos, or brand elements for any purpose
- Create derivative works of MindFlow in any manner
8. Privacy Protection
We take your privacy very seriously. For details on how MindFlow collects and uses data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. By using MindFlow, you agree to the data processing practices described in our privacy policy.
9. Disclaimer
MindFlow is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
- Continuous availability or error-free operation of the service
- Accuracy and completeness of AI analysis results
- The service meeting your specific needs
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the MindFlow team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this app.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of MindFlow in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms of service
- Suspected fraud, abuse, or other unlawful behavior
- Account inactivity for an extended period (no login for more than 24 months)
You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will process your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute arising from these terms, both parties shall first seek resolution through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court at our location.
12. Miscellaneous
- These terms constitute the complete agreement between you and MindFlow regarding the use of the service
- If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect
- Our failure to enforce any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right
